Why did it take me so long to find Burdi Motorwoks! I made an appointment to bring my E550 in for a B service and they got my car right in and had two techs working on it simultaneously, so I could be on my way in short order. Great waiting room with TV, Coffee, WiFi, etc.! All of the comforts of home. Family operation, personal service, outstanding reputation, and they care about your satisfaction and building a relationship. Oh yeah, took me awhile to find the superior shop I was searching for, but I found it in Burdi Motorworks!

My experience at Burdi Motorworks has been very, very good. The car in question is a 1997 Mercedes S500 that I bought new in '97, 17 years ago. The milage is now 194,000. Burdi fixed the air conditioning (after two MB dealers could not figure it out). Burdi's also repaired some rust and did more body work. Car looks and runs better than it has in more than 10 years. I am very impressed with their knowledge and quality.

Carmine and his guys are the best. I serviced my 2008 C Class with these guys for years and they were always fair, honest and fast. Great family run business. It's a pleasure working with them.

I needed some troubleshooting and preventive services done on my Mercedes R350 and I couldn't be happier with the work Burdi Motorworks has done. Their were great at communicating with me in regards to my vehicle's needs, provided top notch work and excellent customer service. I have a 2006 sprinter 3500 due to bad weather conditions engine doesn't work in the mornings. I have to call AAA or get a jump start from someone, wait at -32 Celsius. I took my sprinter to Burdi and they start working on it right away as they promised on the phone. Price was reasonable as i checked all the parts online. I would never try another service than Burdi anymore. Thank you.

I have a vintage Benz. I went on a trip, parked the car at an airport garage and returned to my car not starting. After some failed attempts to resuscitate, I found Burdi online and had the car towed in. I didn't know the shop from a hole in the wall but I went with them because the name sounded good. I'm kidding. They were pretty much my only option from what I could tell. I think the shop is a father and two brothers. I can't remember exactly, but I probably talked to all of them at some point. They were super nice, very attentive, always available and calling me after-hours. They got the car up and running right away. They said it was just cold weather and the starter was having some issues but the car was ready for me to pick up. I asked about replacing the starter. They said it would be about $800. I asked if I should do it. They took another look at the car and said it wasn't worth it and that I should probably look for a new one. These guys are fantastic. Super honest, super present and I'm super grateful. Always a Burdi guy now.

Just picked up my car from Carmine and Vince... It feels as good or BETTER than if I had maintenance done at the dealer. LOVE these guys! They are thorough, and managed to do everything on our laundry list of items in 3 days! What is more shocking is that I had complained to the dealer about our malfunctioning parking sensors, and they wouldn't give me any clear answers except only to say it must be the weather - Carmine and his guys saw straight away that one sensor was dented, and fixed it... I now have my sensors back after close to a year without the use of them! We will definitely be back for all the ongoing maintenance... They are awesome!
