I was introduced to Burdick Motors about 6mo ago through one of the brothers (Mike), and just as he said that I would be taken care of, I can actually say that I was. My first visit was for a noise I was hearing on my S500 4Matic,they took care of it explained what the issue was and the cause. They also explained what needs to be done to prevent this from happening again and did not push me to get it done ASAP, was told it was OK to drive but it did need to be repaired, we setup an appointment for a month a so now I'm back on the road with no worries. I truly recommend this shop to anyone with a Mercedes Benz it will be in great hands.

My first time at Burdi Motorworks and had a good experience. The envirnoment was friendly, helpful, and professional. The place is clean and not your typical dirty/messy auto repair garage. Family run business who will definitely save you money compared to a Mercedes dealership or in fact any dealership for repair or maintenance costs.

A/C was not functioning optimaly. It was diagnosed and fine tuned the same day. Now, fan does not turn on as often.
