I recently relocated to Chicago area from New Jersey and was nervous about working with a new auto workshop. Right during the phone conversation, I got a good feeling about these guys. Very down to earth, family run workshop with advanced technology and competent mechanics team. My air-conditioning problem was resolved in no time while I waited with extremely reasonable and honest pricing.

I've used Burdi for 3 years. No pressuring is ever done after explaining the list of repairs, alternates are given if cost is a factor. The repairs are much less expensive than the dealer, but with the same quality. They also work with the extended warranty provider for payments. Fantastic customer service.They even pick and drop me off at the Metra.

However, a friend recommended this shop and I truly could now be more satisfied with everything top to bottom. There wasn't a second that I felt skeptical about being jerked around. Everyone from the front office to the mechanics themselves took the time to educate me on the problems I had with my car and made me feel like a valued customer. I have had good and bad experiences with shops, but there is only one place I am taking my car from here on out.
