Highly recommend these extremely knowledgable and dedicated mechanics, especially if you have a luxury car! It is better service than I ever received at the regular Mercedes Benz dealership for a quarter of the price! They are licensed in their field and were able to see the previous service I had done exclusively with the Mercedes Benz dealership. I had an issue with my car that the Mercedes Benz dealership just brushed off after barely trying to replicate it, but Vince here at Burdi spent a solid few hours replicating my issue and was able to solve the problem, fix my car and I had it back the next day. I did not feel pushed around or pressured to any other recommendations/services offered. They were simply offered with reasons and I made the choice whether I wanted to move forward. They have over 300 years of experience, it is a family-owned business and they feel very honest and treat their customers with integrity. Really appreciate the work, and I feel more confident driving in my car now that I know the issue is resolved. Thank you, again Vince and everyone at Burdi Motorworks for an amazing job!!!
