Vince and his team were nothing shy of incredible while interacting with me and dealing with my hot mess of a Mercedes. I rolled up to their shop with coolant steam pouring out from under my hood, and it was just one problem after another. I was stressed, but Vince handled the whole situation diligently and kept me in the loop the entire time. He took my finances and need for transportation into consideration, too. I could not recommend his shop more. Thank you for everything!

Took my wife's 2014 Mercedes to the dealer for service. They only optioned one very expensive fix for the problem. Sent the inspection video to Burdi. They explained why Mercedes would only do the fix a certain way. Burdi did the same fix for a lot less. They took care of me at every turn at a fair price.

Great service friendly staff was looking everywhere to do a battery reset couldn’t find a place until another shop recommended burdi and they did not disappoint I will recommend them and I will be returning if need to that’s for sure thank you burdi
