Couldn't have been happier. This is the model for all service facilities. Brought in my 2003 SL500 for service A and asked them to take a look over the car as it was a new purchase for me. Burdi inspected the car, gave me a checklist of items to repair/replace, patiently explained my options and completed the work in a timely and efficient manner.
