I am a first time customer. I have been looking for a place to fix problems that occur on my 10 year old ML500. I had a wonderful impression of the business. Very professional, but very personable. Was able to get in and out quickly with the loaner vehicle. Car was ready by the end of the day as promised. They are quite knowledgeable of Mercedes-Benz vehicles. Took me back in the shop showed me the part that were replaced and the new parts in working order. The Burdi brothers are professional and treat you with the upmost respect, which I feel is very important.
