I usually don't write reviews bur Carmine deserved it. Carmine is such a honest and truthful guy. He is just natural. I was so impressed with his attitude. He was more like a friend then a owner of his shop, it was my first time there and he gave me so much of time while they worked on my 2015 GL550 for rear brakes, as promised he used OE parts from Mercedes and job was done so good, I would say as good as dealership or better than that, gave through look on the car and mentioned nothing is bad and I am all set. I did travel 45 miles from my home to his shop just because he made me felt special over the phone itself and because of that I am his customer for life. He quoted me over the phone and sent the estimate via Email for better transparency, this only honest mechanics do. Only downside and the only issue is I don't get to see him often, because when he fixes the car it doesn't break again :-) And yes the most important, don't worry about his fancy shop looks, prices are very reasonable, I would say much better than the other Indy shops whose prices are equivalent or similar to the dealership pricing which does not make sense to me at all. Good job Carmine keep it up...

This is the best place to have your Automobile serviced with confidence and you can trust them to do what is needed and nothing more. Carmine is the best and aims to please and makes sure your are happy and your car is working perfectly.

The team there is always top notch. I have taken my car there 4 times for service and/or repairs, and they were honest, fair and reliable every time. Carmine and Vince communicated with me the entire time and didn’t try to upsell me on anything. I will definitely go back to them.

I had a Sprinter Van inspected at Burdi before purchasing it. Carmine and Vince were incredibly great to work with. They provided a very informative report on the van’s condition and spent time with me on the phone and in the shop reviewing the van and answering my questions. Super nice and professional people.

The best service by far anywhere. I drive from coast to coast a couple of times a year and travel in and around Chicago several weeks out of the year. Excellent work done by Vince and Carmine. Vince was very professional, knowledgeable and was patient explaining the details of the service performed. The car was returned very clean from the inside and outside which was a plus because the dealerahip only cleans the outside. Great savings and the service performed was excellent. Definitely recommended Burdi motors to anyone wanting to get their Mercedes serviced.

Professional, competent, reasonable, familiar with 3rd party auto warranty programs, loaner program when needed. When my GL450 was having trouble (fuel pump) while I was watching my children, Burdi stepped up to make sure I was taken care off. Icing on the cake-it's a locally owned and operated business, so your $$ stay in the local economy.

Clean shop. This is what I expect from a professional shop plus Mercedes trained mechanics. Very knowledgeable, and they give the car a good going over for any potential issues that might come up in the near future. Friendly, family owned. Their hourly rate is a little high but they grind their own coffee!
