Very positive experience at Burdi. Called in with a disabled Sprinter. Vince provided me with an easy towing service and then took care of the repair process. I think they were backlogged, so I had to chase Vince a bit, but that’s understandable when you provide quality service. Was able to get a good update from Lucas the mechanic as well. Will be bringing my other Sprinters to them in the future.
