Excellent customer service with very professional and friendly staff. I'm very satisfied. They don't try to persuade to do things which are not necessary (at dealership service it happened every time I brought my merc). In Burdi I got perfect service for very reasonable price. We brought our van over to Burdi as they were recommended by a friend. Carmine was in contact with us as to the repairs. The van was in bad shape and was not worth fixing. Glad Carmine was honest with us and did not rip us off. Very satisfied with Burdi Motorworks.

I was overwhelmingly surprised at the level oh professionalism exhibited by this establishment. I called them & they were very courteous & advised I could come in the next day & they would see if they could help me with an issue I was having with my van. When I arrived I could see they were used to dealing with higher end vehicles than mine (2007 Dodge). No matter, they treated me with class, dignity & respect. Even more pleasantly surprising was that they put my van on the lift, diagnosed the problem (it was a bent rim, not the tie-rod or ball-joint I expected), advised me & didn’t charge me one red cent. It’s really nice to see a business show such a high level of professionalism & I highly recommend them to any & all who read this!
