Great Chicago sprinter mechanic. Have a 2006 dodge sprinter, was in the middle of a cross country trip and had harmonic balancer and crankshaft seal go out, looked like the van was bleeding on my way in. The guys were super knowledgeable and able to get me in right away. Was comforted by the rows of sprinters out back when I pulled up, they clearly have a following. A bit pricey but you get what you pay for. The piece of mind knowing the job was done by staff who know their way around a sprinter was well worth it. Highly recommended.

Vince Burdi was wonderful to work with! I had multiple questions over the phone and via e-mail. Even with the difficulty of having to deal with me multiple times over many forms of communication he was still able to be extremely helpful and courteous! I would highly suggest working with this business!

Came here for a service B on a C 300. Everyone I spoke with was extremely courteous and professional. The service took less time than originally expected and I even got a discount for being a first time customer. I never go to the dealership for service because it’s unnecessarily expensive. This shop conducts all the required service as per MB guidelines. Couldn’t be happier with the experience.

By all indications, the staff at Burdi Motorworks is honest, forthright, and fully engaged with their customers. At every step in the process, they keep you informed about what's transpiring in the shop and the best course of action available. Burdi’s prices are competitive and clearly lower than the dealership (Mercedes in my case). They don’t try to up-sell or oversell, which I really appreciate. Their priority is to resolve customer issues in the most cost-effective way possible without sacrificing quality or cutting corners. I will return to Burdi Motorworks when the need arises, and I will recommend them to my friends. They have earned my respect.

Carmine gave me a big discount as I were the 1st time customer. It made me surprise. They did their job with all their heart, and made their customer happy as much as possible. They tried to save customer’s money, but with the best quality. They think for customer that what is the best for their customer. I am very happy that I found the best Mercedes Benz independence service in Illinois that I can trust. Highly strongly recommended! Tip: they also do Detail, and their Detailing service is good price.

Went in for oil change . Cost was under $160.00 They did excellent work and had me come and look at the underside of car when they finished the work. Dealt with Vince and Grace. Excellent personnel. I will not be going to the dealer anymore. They can do everything at Burdi.

They fixed my breaks on my 2003 Honda Accord and I'm very happy with the service provided. They were very friendly and always in communication with me and it's clear they value customer service. I highly recommend.
