I booked an appointment to have an "A5" service performed on my 2012 Mercedes Benz ML350. I was told by Benz dealers and other shops that this service would cost $300. Carmine quoted me a much more reasonable price. I arrived at the facility at 9:00 am, the service was completed at approximately 10:30. In addition, Carmine alerted me that a dashboard light was on. He hooked up a monitor to it and discovered that I have a thermostat problem. I plan to return to have a new thermostat installed. I was very pleased with the outcome of my visit with Burdi. Very nice people and competent service.

Burdi’s diagnosed, explained details, provided service in a timely manner and charged a fair price for heat failure on my 2009 Honda CR-V. I highly recommend their business!
