Absolutely best service imaginable. My son bought a used BMW near Milwaukee, and it broke down 2 miles from their shop - on our way home to Missouri. They stayed late to help us out, and owner personally took us to a hotel when they couldn't get the part we needed that time of night. If they treat all customers like this, they will be around a long time. Give them a shot!!

I recently purchased a Land Rover LR3, I found Burdi Motorworks on the internet and made an appointment for an inspection. The entire process was flawless, the people who work there are very nice and knowledgeable, and the owner gave me a $50.00 discount. The shop is larger than I anticipated and it's so clean and organized, that you can tell they take pride in their business. I could go on but all I can say is they treated me like gold, and I'll be bringing my vehicles to them going forward.

I found Burdi Motors to be a clean and professional place. The Manager, Mr. Carmine Burdi was very thorough in his explanations of the work to be done and the associated cost so that I was well informed as to every measure of my car's maintenance on my visit. He then went a step further to put together a maintenance plan for the other issues my car had, being that it's an 06' model Mercedes. I like how I was treated at Burdi and the cost are around what I would expect going anywhere else. Burdi is a little distance from my home but I can say that they will have me for more repairs and maintenance to come in the near future.

Very professional and prompt, yet friendly and personable. I was pleased with the work done including going the extra steps to provide value like replacing a missing screw on the undercarriage guard, replacing a broken hood latch component, and popping out the right front front fender that had gotten indented.

Carmine and Vince have worked on several cars for me over the years. 2003 SL500, 2009 SL63, 2012 Porsche Cayenne Turbo and 2010 S550. Each time and on each car, they thoroughly explained what they were going to do, quoted me fair pricing and completed the work. Cheerfully giving me a ride to a nearby diner or in one case, to ORD to catch a flight. You couldn't ask for a better experience and more personable people. Business the way it should be. Five stars all the way.
