Went to Burdi Motorworks for the first time and within first 60 seconds, I started to appreciate why they have the stellar reviews. Unlike Mercedes dealers that we normally go to, there was zero waiting time. Vince walked us into his office which was very neatly organized. We did the usual paperwork and left our car there and were out in no time. He followed up promptly with recommendations. When it was time for us to pick up the car, he volunteered to have the car dropped off at my house since he happens to live nearby. We own three cars and almost exclusively have only used company dealerships in the past. But Burdi Motorworks beats any other dealership that I have ever been to in all these years. Especially way better than the Mercedes dealers in Hoffman Estates and Barrington. I am a fan.

I found Burdi Motors to be a clean and professional place. The Manager, Mr. Carmine Burdi was very thorough in his explanations of the work to be done and the associated cost so that I was well informed as to every measure of my car's maintenance on my visit. He then went a step further to put together a maintenance plan for the other issues my car had, being that it's an 06' model Mercedes. I like how I was treated at Burdi and the cost are around what I would expect going anywhere else. Burdi is a little distance from my home but I can say that they will have me for more repairs and maintenance to come in the near future.

Provided requested service at a reasonable price and they were able to accommodate with a loaner. Carmine was professional and responsive.

Very professional and prompt, yet friendly and personable. I was pleased with the work done including going the extra steps to provide value like replacing a missing screw on the undercarriage guard, replacing a broken hood latch component, and popping out the right front front fender that had gotten indented.
