Took my car in for a boost issue. They said the car is fixed but as soon as I left it felt the same as when I came in. Contemplated going back but wasn't sure if it was worth my time. Charging customers for not finding the issue is wrong. Friendly staff but not the best place for car repairs. Just my opinion.

I had the pleasure of working with Carmine at Burdi on my BMW recently. I had very complicated engine situation and I had gone to a dealership in Chicago and they had told me the car was not savable and should be sold for scrap. Carmine was able to work on my car and come up with a great solution for a fraction of the cost. I was amazed. These guys are total professionals and if you have a BMW or Mercedes I would not hesitate to bring my car there ever. Very honest and fair. 5 stars.
