Has to be one of the best experiences I have had at a local, independent shop. Their work is certainly as good as, if not better than, the dealer. I have nothing but great things to say about Carmine (both of them) and Vince. Extremely knowledgeable, honest, and accessible. Would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to properly service their vehicles. Burdi Motors had been doing work on my Mercedes since 2017 and I wouldn't take it anywhere else. They are the best. And I have to drive 30 miles to get to them, but it is well worth it. They having fixed problems thay even the dealer couldn't. Carmine and Vince are always customer focused, knowledgable and explain exactly what's wrong and what needs to be done. I highly recommend them, especially if you have a deisel, like I do.

Unbelievable level of service. I’m from out of state traveling through when my check engine light went on and oil pressure was gone. Dealerships were a week or two weeks in back log. Googled auto shops Burdi came up and called. They were able to look at the car that day and went to unbelievable effort to track down my part needed and I was out the next day. I don’t think I have ever seen such professionalism and dedication in a car repair shop. Modern and large facility too. Send your car here ! I wished I could have my car serviced by these guys every time but unfortunately I don’t live in Chicago.

They repaired my SL 500 Mercedes convertable top at a fair and reasonable price...I had taken it to another import repair shop and they could not find the problem...Vince at Burdi Motorworks walked me through all the details of this complicated repair. Did a great job.........
