I've been taking my car to be serviced at Burdi Motorworks for several years. They are extremely knowledgeable (particularly with Mercedes), very professional and take you though the expected service prior to the repairs. If anything unexpected comes up, they communicate with you before making any additional repairs and they will let you know what your options are. Carmine and Vince are great and deliver top notch customer service.

Inconspicuously located in an industrial area by River Road and Irving Park. When you walk in, you are pleasantly surprised by how nice the lobby is. Staff is super nice and accommodating, most of all honest about what's going on with the car. They'll take their time to show and explain, not pushy at all. Great service and pricing for a luxury car repair shop. I received worse service at an actual Mercedes dealer before. Very happy I found this place.

Best shop around, couldn't be happier with the services they've done to my cars. They really offer the best all around pricing without sacrificing any quality on parts!

Brought my e550 in to Carmine at Burdi Motorworks since the front end was sagging (these cars are notorious for suspension problems). They replaced the front air struts and replaced the upper and lower ball joints for much less than the dealer charges. Carmine and his staff did a great job and it's been running well now for months. I highly recommend them and will gladly return in the future should the need arise.

Took a little longer than expected but all the vehicle issues were corrected and the car runs great.
