His honesty was paramount , as a result of dishonesty and lack of professionalism by other auto technicians in the past. My car is always well cared for at Burid's. Carmine is very thorough inspecting my car and explaining what needs to be done. I always feel informed as to the progress. Everyone at the shop is hospitable and welcoming. I feel my car is then in top condition.

Malfunctioning Aux Battery on My MB - they were able to get me in & out the same day. Vince did a complete vehicle inspection & assured me I made a good buy with my first benz purchase. He advised me on the Preventative Maintenance schedule & pricing estimates so I can budget for what's needed & when. A great painless experience. As a woman it can be intimidating dealing with mechanics & finding one that is trustworthy. I had no qualms here. Welcoming & friendly. I didnt feel rushed or pressured. Burdi will def be my new car doctor.

So impressed with this place. I love it for a few reasons..... Everyone is nice! Super nice!!! It is conveniently located. Easy to get to and easy to park. I always brought our cars to the dealership thinking they knew the cars best BUT, I always felt like I was getting ripped off. This groups knows cars and are fair. In fact, they didn't even charge me for the work they did because it was such a simple repair.....what???!!! So happy.
