First off, I am usually skeptical when I see great reviews online because I always wonder how true they are. Well, my experience with the family at Burdi Motorworks lived up to every 5 star rating it was given. I even questioned folks that were there along with me since this was my very first time and they all had great things to say and all were return customers. The sons were extremely helpful and polite. They explained everything and answered my every question. I did rear brakes on my GLK350 and whereas the dealership quoted me a price I thought was very high, Burdi saved me close to $300 and actually threw in a brake flush job to boot-another $100+ savings. I couldn't be happier. Now maybe they do things like that for your very first visit, but I will definitely be going back for my front brakes, which will be due next. My dealership was fine when my car was under warranty but now that it isn't, I don't want to spend 2-300 dollars over for the same work I can get for less somewhere else. I also was pleased that Burdi does the majority of its work on Mercedes so I knew I was in good hands as opposed to other shops that works on all cars. I like that Mercedes focus. So they earned a return customer in me as I will be back. Prices were fair, everyone was friendly without attitudes and patient. I only wish perhaps that the waiting area was larger as I usually wait for my car when work is being done. There really weren't places around Burdi that I could walk to for shopping or eating, etc. to kill time but the savings was well worth the wait. :-) Thank you Burdi family for a great time. Your dad and mom should be very proud that they have raised such nice young sons that do the business proud.
