Clean shop. This is what I expect from a professional shop plus Mercedes trained mechanics. Very knowledgeable, and they give the car a good going over for any potential issues that might come up in the near future. Friendly, family owned. Their hourly rate is a little high but they grind their own coffee!

This was my second visit to Burdi Motors and again I was extremely pleased by the personable service of the staff. After my first service I decided they warranted becoming back for any other car repairs that were needed. After running diagnostic tests on my engine they shared the cost of the repair. They presented me with the results of the multiple tests and gave me the assessment of what the costs would be to repair my Mercedes. Although it was my option, they discouraged me to put that much money in a car 2009 Mercedes. That's what I call looking out for your customer. They will continue to service my next Mercedes-Benz.

I've been a satisfied customer of this family owned business for almost since Mr. Burdi Sr. started his shop. His sons continue his tradition of excellent repairs, honest/reasonable cost, and personable service. I drive from Chicago to their Schiller Park location passing dealerships & other repair shops because they are the best.

Had tire problems - called in the morning and when I came home that same evening my car was picked up fixed washed (complimentary) and returned to my home.. Typical of the great Torello Tire service !!!

Bought a car from here a few years ago, lots of issues with it shortly afterwards but they always helped. Car is overseas now and working perfectly. Great service and great people.

I wouldn't trust my Mercedes with anybody else but Burdi Motorworks!!!! There a family ran business that treats everybody like family! Thank you Carmine for always taking care of us.

Went to the shop and spoke to them regarding some repairs. Needed a loaner, as I lived 30 minutes away. They advised me to contact them via email to make arrangements to drop the car off. I contacted them twice via email and never received a response back from either email. If you did not want to work on my car or want my business you could have just said so. I wasted a week awaiting communication with you when I could have been finding an alternate mechanic.

Went to Burdi to have them do an inspection on a 2005 Sprinter that my husband and I were looking to buy. We flew from Reno to Chicago to potentially purchase this van and wanted to make sure it was mechanically sound. The tech (I think his name was Luke?) did a very thorough inspection and found problems that we weren't aware of. He and Vince spoke to my husband for a while about everything it needed and their thoughts on the van as a whole. They didn't rush the inspection at all and were there to answer all of our questions. Didn't end up getting the sprinter but the inspection was well worth our time. The service level was great. The only problem is that they don't have a location in Reno.
