Very knowledgeable, and they give the car a good going over for any potential issues that might come up in the near future. Friendly, family owned. Their hourly rate is a little high but they grind their own coffee!

I love this Place, I used to bring all my Mercedes Benz cars here for any kind of service, Turns out they work on any German Brand, 2 weeks back I took my 2014 BMW 740Li and they did the regular maintenance service for me no questions asked,. No to mention I was a Walk-in and had no appointment and was In&out of there in 40 min. Also dealer quality service for the fraction of the dealer prices. The head Mercedes Certified technician Carmine is your go-to guy for any problem on any gas or diesel German made vehicle. -The best in town - Hands Down.

Carmine and the rest of the team use their knowledge and expertise to make sure your vehicle get done right. I can honestly say, that I finally found a true reliable service and repair shop. Excellent work done by Vince and Carmine. Vince was very professional, knowledgeable and was patient explaining the details of the service performed. The car was returned very clean from the inside and outside which was a plus because the dealerahip only cleans the outside. Great savings and the service performed was excellent. Family owned business that is fast and dependable. The two sons that now run their fathers business Carmine and Vince are two great individuals! I would never take my car to anywhere besides them. They are always really helpful and caring when dealing with their customers. They have a great team that know what they are doing and I have never had a problem with their services. Their establishment that they just recently moved to is clean and quite nice. They also offer cheaper prices compared to dealerships.

This was my second visit to Burdi Motors and again I was extremely pleased by the personable service of the staff. After my first service I decided they warranted becoming back for any other car repairs that were needed. After running diagnostic tests on my engine they shared the cost of the repair. They presented me with the results of the multiple tests and gave me the assessment of what the costs would be to repair my Mercedes. Although it was my option, they discouraged me to put that much money in a car 2009 Mercedes. That's what I call looking out for your customer. They will continue to service my next Mercedes-Benz.

I've been a satisfied customer of this family owned business for almost since Mr. Burdi Sr. started his shop. His sons continue his tradition of excellent repairs, honest/reasonable cost, and personable service. I drive from Chicago to their Schiller Park location passing dealerships & other repair shops because they are the best.
