My first visit was just last week. I received a flyer with an introduction offer. I call and needed a routine 50,000 mile ck. I was told it would take approximately 2 hours. Made my appointment for 9:30 and they took the car in at 9:30 and it was ready in just 2 hours and at a attractive price compared to the dealer price. Burdi Motorworks exceeded their commitments and the management and staff were professional and caring and made my first visit a pleasure. They also noted items that may need care on my next visits and offer a clear "heard up". I will recommend Burdi Motorworks to others that may be interested or who are seeking a excellent motor service center.

Very fast service, competitive pricing, and friendly people, despite my service need (new battery for E92 M3) occurring just before Christmas! This company is highly professional and great to work with - Carmine, Vince and Luke are outstanding. I'll be back as soon as I have need. Though they specialize in Mercedes, they also have great ability to service BMW and other high-end European makes.
