I have known Carmine SR. And Carmine JR for over 15 years now. They are good technicians. Both of them are polite and caring. They will fix your car at reasonable cost unlike those dealers. Communication is great and they will keep your car there free of charge until they fix it.

Very professional, courteous and reasonable value added service. Been going there for 40 years now after my new car warranty expired they're just fantastic they were little bit League on my transmission and when I went to the dealer they quoted me $2,900 and burdi Motorworks said it's really not much big of a deal you can drive for another 10 years and then we will see and this was 4 years ago and I've been using them since then

Let them know I needed my car back same day.. dropped off on the morning back brakes completed same day!! Awesome!

I had a great experience with Burdi Motorworks. My e550 front air struts were failing and Burdi promptly did all the work for a fraction of what the dealer charged. I have no objection to dealer work, but for what would have been a prohibitively expensive repair on a slightly older car, Burdi was an absolutely perfect solution to my problem. Carmine is very polite, professional and exceptionally knowledgeable. I will gladly return to them in the future.

Once again Burdi Motor works came through! My wife's Mercedes had a rattling Sound in front of car she kept telling me to bring it in. They found the problem right away! Front stabilizer link. Done in one day picked up car wife happy! Thanks guys you are the Best.

Has to be one of the best experiences I have had at a local, independent shop. Their work is certainly as good as, if not better than, the dealer. I thought i had already left a stellar review for Burdi's but apparently i must have forgot. I have a small fleet (5) of Mercedes Sprinter Vans and I started to look for different avenues where I could get them serviced behold Burdi Motorworks! These guys are honest, fair and respectful in the fact that they understand that when one of my vans are down they get to it in a timely manner . Trust is important in the service industry and these guys have my trust to the point where I can send my Mom there without having to babysit the situation. They have a customer for life, Thanks for the 100th time!

They are not serious, I stopped by the shop on Tuesday June 13 to get an estimate for the service in my 2009 c300 Mercedes Benz,they told me that they were busy but they asked for my information to call me later, I was waiting for that call Wednesday and Thursday but they never call me,on Friday 15, I stopped again trying to get the estimate I was looking for,they apologized to me and took my information again they told me that they gonna call during the day to give me the estimate,of course they never gave the call, it's seems that they don't care about what they talk. Poor service. June 19 2017.

I took my Murano to get fixed after it was hit and the person fled. I took my car there for body work which included replacing parts and subsequently a paint job. Carmine and Vince are very attentive to your vehicle's issues and are honest about what needs to be fixed and what not. I also appreciated that they showed me the work that was done on my vehicle to make sure that it held up to my expectations. Needless to say they did a great job and my expectations were indeed met.
