These guys are great! I've taken in even my non-Mercedes vehicles and they are so committed to their clients that they took care of me regardless. Over the years, I've had alignment issues fixed, O2 sensors fail, exhaust manifold leaks and even complex electrical matters taken care of in no time. Burdi's team are just the best... so tremendously skilled and fair. I've recommended them to almost every Mercedes Benz owner I know and every time they come back with nothing but nice things to say. I live in Lincoln Park, and it's definitely worth the extra drive to have Burdi Motorworks baby my car. These guys are polite, professional, quick, and waaaay more affordable for anything from brakes to bodywork. Not to mention, it's feels good to know you're helping to support a local, family owned shop that operates on integrity. Definitely look them up the next time you're dealing with anything auto!

Carmine is really knowledgeable and will fix what's needed most, vs. upselling and fixing it all at once. They can get parts really quickly. One thing that could be improved is if you do have multiple things to fix, they could help plan getting it done all at once a little better. But I'd rather take a mechanic that is a little easy going, because they work fast to get it all done and you don't feel pressured.

In 2013 I my truck died on me 2 times while I was on the most need for my business truck due to their little knowledge about my truck. Very expensive, plus I had to pay for towing twice .. Don't waste your money , and you precious time.
