Used to regularly service my car at the dealer. Had an issue come up. Tried to schedule service with the dealer. They were incredibly backed up. I get that. What I don't get is when the dealer indicates they will call you at a specific day and don't multiple times. So, I was determined to ditch the dealer and find an alternative that had certified mechanics and found Burdi Motorworks, and very happy I did. Burdi is a great shop. They do what they say and say what they do. They are fair, communicative, and legitimately care about getting the job done right. They were busy as well. However, not only did they call me when they indicated, they were able to get my car in and remedy the issue. I felt better taken care of in my first service call with Burdi, than I was with the dealer I had gone to for several years. What I also appreciate is that Burdi is a local, family business. I will take all my vehicles to Burdi in the future.
