I needed a brake job on my Audi SQ5. I have been badly burned in the past when I got work done outside of the dealership so I was traumatized and weary. The dealer prices were just out of my budget, so I did my research on various places and finally found Burdi. With all their great reviews I decided to take the risk. I’m so happy, relieved and grateful to Burdi/Vince for doing a wonderful job and providing a great price for the work. Vince took the time to discuss my options, explain the process, and he was honest and forthcoming on what work was necessary right now and what I could hold off on to get the full life of my brakes. As a woman, I worried I could be steered in the wrong direction and end up overpaying, but Vince was so honest and transparent that I know I have found my go-to shop for all work on my car.
