Highly recommend these extremely knowledgable and dedicated mechanics, especially if you have a luxury car! It is better service than I ever received at the regular Mercedes Benz dealership for a quarter of the price! They are licensed in their field and were able to see the previous service I had done exclusively with the Mercedes Benz dealership. I had an issue with my car that the Mercedes Benz dealership just brushed off after barely trying to replicate it, but Vince here at Burdi spent a solid few hours replicating my issue and was able to solve the problem, fix my car and I had it back the next day. I did not feel pushed around or pressured to any other recommendations/services offered. They were simply offered with reasons and I made the choice whether I wanted to move forward. They have over 300 years of experience, it is a family-owned business and they feel very honest and treat their customers with integrity. Really appreciate the work, and I feel more confident driving in my car now that I know the issue is resolved. Thank you, again Vince and everyone at Burdi Motorworks for an amazing job!!!

Everything could have not been better

Great service for my Mercedes Benz Airstream Sprinter. They also found other issues with my engine bay, including a cracked filter ring, that if left undiagnosed would have cost me several thousand dollars to fix when requiring a whole new turbo replacement. I'm very glad they were able to work me into their busy schedule on short notice so that I could make my trip home and get back on the road for work. I would not hesitate to work with the team here again. Excellent service from everyone who contributed to achieving a stellar end result while keeping me well informed the whole way through. They have better communication than any other service center I've worked with in the region. They also had most parts in stock, and when one was missing, it showed up within an hour.

If you refuse to pay dealer service prices for your car, try Burdi Motors. Excellent service at reasonable prices. They go over everything with you and keep a history of your car. They have taken great care of my C300
